This Privacy Policy explains how YONGAA for Technologies and Digital Platforms W.L.L. ("Yongaa", "we", "us") handles information when you visit yongaa.com (the "Website"). A separate, more detailed privacy policy will apply to the Yongaa mobile app when it launches.

1. Who is responsible

2. Information we collect

The Website is an information page. It has no account sign-up and no forms, and we do not ask you for personal information on it.

• Technical data. Like any website, our hosting and security provider automatically processes technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type and pages requested, to deliver the Website and protect it against abuse.
• Messages you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message, and we use it only to reply to you.

3. Cookies and affiliate links

Some links on the Website or in Yongaa may be affiliate links: if you click one and buy something, we may earn a commission from the retailer at no extra cost to you. To make this work, we use an affiliate link partner that may set cookies or read similar identifiers in your browser to record that a click came from Yongaa. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.

4. Service providers

We use a small number of trusted service providers to run the Website, for hosting, security and performance, for web fonts and map graphics, and for affiliate links. They process data on our behalf or under their own privacy policies, only as needed to provide their service. A list of these providers is available on request.

5. How we use information

• to deliver, secure and improve the Website;
• to reply to your messages;
• to track affiliate referrals; and
• to comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

6. International transfers

Our providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where they do, we rely on their contractual and security safeguards.

7. Retention

We keep emails only as long as needed to handle your request and our legal obligations. Technical logs are kept by our providers for limited periods under their own policies.

8. Your rights

9. Children

The Website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
